We will practice movement, breathwork, mantra, and meditation to cultivate energy, soothe tension, balance the nervous system, and connect with a vibrational flow of sound. These practices can support deep stillness, connection to self, embodiment, and expanded awareness. We will complete the class with dedicated space for self reflection, journaling, art, and connection. We will also enjoy herbal medicinal tea and nourishing bites. Come together in community!
